May had been the only one that did not take her eyes away from Lucius. And she was the only one that saw how the trident tore half his body.   Alexander heard her scream, decided to look where she was looking, and saw a Lucius on the floor gushing out blood.    Alexander started to run towards him. Louis saw him, looked at me, grabbed my hand and forced me to follow.   I had been healing as much knights as I could, restoring what I can from their bodies. The moment I saw Lucius, I started to rush as fast as I could after dropping Louis’ hand.  Maybe I could still save him, I thought.  May was the first one to reach him. She was looking at his face. He whispered something in her ear and he was now unresponsive.  Shadows started to cover the floor around us.   The angel, which had left us alone, actually retreated and was now looking at us.  It was weary of May’s power.   Before May could lose control, Louis hugged her as hard as he could. He wanted her to not summon that monster again. Alexander moved, and stood in between May and the angel, watching it carefully. He was the only one of us now with any powers.  I tried to heal him as much as I could, but he was not missing just a limb, he was missing half his body. I could not save him fast enough.  May was crying hard. Louis picked her up, and she started hitting and biting him so that he would let go. He then looked at me and told me the one thing I did not want to hear.    “Finish him off”   I looked at Lucius again. He nodded and gave me a bittersweet smile. He slowly took out a teddy bear that was filled with blood and cotton. I put the teddy bear in his hand, closed my eyes and placed my hands on his throat.   The angel was just staring at May, as if finally something was a threat to it.  That was when the weirdest thing in the world happened.   The dome on the side of the city was broken by a huge flying machine. The machine looked like a metal bird with ten propellers at the top. It was something that I had never seen before.   To say that It broke the dome was not really accurate. It was more like it went through it, as if the dome never existed in the first place.  The metal bird was going to crash against the angel. It was diving headfirst straight into it.  That when I saw someone on top of the metal bird. He was wearing a sort of black trench coat and he had a small piercing in his ear. He also had a smile that made me think he was either crazy or having too much fun.   I did not know whether he was controlling the bird or was riding it, but it seemed like at least he knew what he was doing.   That was until he screamed, “SAM YOU i***t WE ARE GOING TO CRASH” as hard as he could.  At that moment, I knew he was a complete i***t.   But, fortunately for them, they did not crash. The angel stopped the metal bird from moving. The man then jumped from the metal bird and landed on the ground. Let me remind you, the angel stopped it midair, and the man jumped like a 100-meter drop.  He was still smiling like a madman, looking at the angel.   He then crossed his arms, stood imposing and shouted for all to hear:   “Everyone that does not want to die, get away from the angel. I will take care of it myself!”   Alexander and Louis looked at each other and decided the same thing at once. They were thinking of letting this i***t die right here.   Thousands of men had died, and they were certain that a single man would not have made any difference.   But that was because they did not know who this man was.
