“Have you known Bill long?” Rachel was surprised he had never mentioned Sally before.
“Not long, only since Wednesday. I'm standing in for Mrs Miller at the nursery, while she is off with 'flu.”
“Well you must have made quite an impression on Bill. He hasn't taken anyone out since his wife died three years ago. Has he told you anything about her?”
