Day FourWhen Bill awoke, the winter sun was streaming through the window. For one brief moment, he was afraid Sally may have dressed and left. A wave of relief ran through him, when he found she was still by his side. Yet there was still a possibility that she might regret what had happened and never want to see him again. He quickly dismissed the thought; he couldn't bear to even consider it. As she stirred, a wisp of hair fell across her face. When he reached out to move it, she opened her eyes. “I'm sorry darling. I didn't mean to waken you.” Bill put his arm around her and pulled her close. Sally nestled herself beside him “Bill, I love you so much.
