Our galaxy

Running to and fro in the room with the video recording equipment, Mr Iliopoulos, drenched in sweat, was making sure that everything was functioning properly to the last detail. No mistake could be tolerated. The technical support team, hand-picked by himself personally, have been working feverishly. The main members of his team, those, in other words, who were responsible for the installation of all the equipment recording the events, e.g., Mrs Photiadou, Mrs Giagozi, Mrs Giagkou, Mr Theodorides, Mr Samaras and Mr Karpetis, had already been nominated by the international scientific community for naming a group of asteroids in the Kuiper Belt after them, in recognition of their services. When everything was ready, Mr Iliopoulos informed the scientific team to initiate the description of the events of the ‘cosmic journey’. Absolute quiet and anticipation, almost a religious experience, reigned in the room, where only the sweet, crystal clear voice of Eurydice could be heard.

‘Starting over the description of our ‘cosmic journey’, we first need to make clear that this journey is taking place in fast pace forward and so, we lose important bits of information. If it is the megacosm we are talking about, i.e., galaxies and solar systems, the lost information is negligible and it is highly likely that were are approximating truth quite a lot. But if it is the microcosm we are referring to, for example, the creation of life and its evolutionary course, or if we are dealing with issues involving quantum mechanics, chances are we are approximating truth within a large margin of error. This means that we should take into consideration the probability of misperception of things. This is quite important and under no circumstances should it escape our attention.

Since therefore the ‘building’ of the Universe was determined by the four Titans, this meant that during the process of ‘building’ sensible matter, the Universe was being presented to us like a hologram of a four-dimensional time-space continuum, just as it is being studied by science, in other words. In that way, the ‘projected’ sensible matter was being partitioned into galaxies and star systems. Occasionally of course there were accidents, collisions and mergers among galaxies but also premature supernova explosions from giant stars. Together, all these processes comprised the cosmological lab for the creation of the galaxies and second generation star systems, thus helping the creation but also speeding the process of the appearance of life.

Oceanus, with the help of his sister Tithe, was estimating the geometry and determining the distinct positions of the galaxies within the Universe and the levels and their distinct planes that also predetermined the relevant initial distances among them. Cronos, with the help of his sister Rhea, was responsible for the number and the positions of the solar systems in each galaxy but also about the total number of photons that would move per galaxy, thus determining the dimension of time. Iapetus, with the help of his sister Mnemosyne, was responsible for the form of the solar systems and the number and placement of the planets in it. Hyperion, finally, having special responsibilities, with the help of his sister Thea or Euryphaessa, was the one who triggered the initial ignition in the star at the center of every solar system, after of course first carefully checking the star’s material and regulating the final details. All those titanic forces of the Universe were functioning in seamless cooperation between them, under continuous inter-empathetic self-awareness that emanated from the Unifying or Unified Power or Uranus, as had been called by the ancient Greeks. The common foundations of the Universe on which the galaxies were now being ‘built’, had already been ready since the beginning if its creation. There were the four fundamental interactions.

As we were all experiencing that process of the creation of the galaxies, we were feeling the smell of sweat of the titanic forces in that hyper-effort of condensing matter into galaxies and then into solar systems. Our lived, conscious or metaphysical processes of perception, whatever that was, was now being focused on a spiroid galaxy on which the titanic powers of the Universe had decided to set the foundations of their incarnation. On that galaxy started – we could say – the mystical subconscious inter-empathetic effort of the Titanic Powers to wrench free from their father, Uranus, which will reveal itself later, during the creation of a particular solar system with eight planets, five planetoids and many asteroids. During the buildup of that planetary system, the Titans will set the final foundations for their conspiracy and their eventual revolt. The strongest Titan of all, Oceanus, did not wish to topple Uranus but was seeking greater freedom, independence of movement and greater responsibilities. But their main target was to restrict the power of the Principle of Causality, which was setting up a sluggish and illiberal universe, and the reinforcement of the Principle of Randomness which would permit the creation of life in the oceans of future Earth. The moderate Oceanus wished for the partial toppling of his father Uranus, contrary to the other three leading titanic forces that wished for the definite toppling and the takeover of power by themselves.

As we were observing the titanic forces creating the 2nd-generation galaxies, we suddenly felt a strange pang, since we felt we were witnessing the construction of our galaxy, about 13.5 billion years ago. In that special spiroid galaxy, the titanic powers would create a planetary system on which they would set up their own reign. The diameter of that galaxy was about 80 to 100 thousand Light Years1, with a perimeter of about 200 to 300 thousand Light Years, comprising about 200 to 400 billion star systems. Based on our observations so far, from one edge of the lens-like galactic nucleus, an arm is split into two arms, the Norma Arm and the Cygnus Arm, while from its other edge, a second pair starts off under the names of Carina Arm and Sagittarius Arm. This is the spot that our Earth, the home of humans, is found.

Our galaxy2 is one of the most typical and commonplace spiroid galaxies of the Universe, with two initial spirals which then ramify into four to end up eventually in twelve spirals moving clockwise, as shown by the movement of the spirals. It is the bright belt with the indeterminate borders that we observe high up in a clear sky at night. Our galaxy comprises a gigantic group of billions of star systems, nebulae and interstellar matter as well as of dark matter and energy, as is the case with all galaxies. The distance of our planetary system from the center of the galaxy is estimated at about 27 to 28 thousand Light Years, or about three quarters of the radius of our galaxy from our galactic center.

When that spiroid galaxy had been complete and the creation of that special solar system was well under way, the titanic forces started conferring amongst themselves, setting in practice their conspiratorial plans against Uranus, that is, against the Unified Power in motion. However the actual clash was yet to come.

Initially, for the while they were under the leadership of Oceanus, the only thing the rebels wished for was greater freedom and an increase of their jurisdiction to achieve greater range of choice, something that the Principle of Causality forbade. Following a suggestion of mother-Earth, ‘Gaia’, they also included the liberation of all their imprisoned brethren in their demands. That had been their initial target and that was what they were aiming at in the first place. Thus, they had been putting in extra attention and care in setting up that small part of the Universe, in order to create their own independent kingdom. They also wanted that to be beautiful and well-protected. For that reason, they tried to disassociate and isolate themselves from the unified self-awareness of the universal consciousness that was emanating from the Unified Power (Force). They tried to achieve that by using dark matter, dark energy and by creating a smaller mirror image galaxy just in front of the particular galaxy, so as to conceal it from the sight of the Unified Force.

At the same time however, there was another separate conspiracy hatching within the same colluding group under Cronos, Iapetus and Hyperion, who were struggling for possession of their own vital space, as they were jealous about the power of Oceanus. Thus, at the moment of the creation of the third planet in that special solar system, they started paving the way they would put their plan into effect. And while their initial plans had been to create twelve planets in that planetary system and inhabit the fourth, when they were in the process of creating the eighth planet, they decided to act, whereby they stopped the creation of the next three planets that were left since then incomplete and whose material was eventually used by the five known dwarf planets, taking the form of planetoids. Because they had changed their plans based on the new circumstances, the third planet seemed to be the optimal one. They therefore paid great attention to that special planet that would later be named ‘Earth’, in honor of Gaia, the mother of the Titans, who was helping her children to acquire their own vital space’3
