There was a beautiful house in the countryside that had a 50 acre property attached to it in Eastern Washington. Silver Haven followed tax records and stumbled upon the name Ennis Stubbin. He had found out this was what Helen's father had been calling himself. There was a reason he had been in hiding. Silver Haven had found old news articles on a crime syndicate that was mafia influenced in Seattle, Helen's father was most likely the man known as Ennis Stubbin. Silver believed he was involved in these the mafia crimes, extortion, murder, ones that tore his family apart. He had testified for the feds and soon after his wife was dead in a drowning and he was presumed dead as well. Only there was that boat that Helen had found, and with Sera's help, he now tracked down this property
