Katy I paced around his door for almost fifteen seconds contemplating whether to knock or leave. Who knows maybe he's fine already. It's not like there's anything between you. You're only checking up on him because he's your boss. Nothing more and nothing less. With that thought, I formed my hand into a fist and knocked on the door.
