“How was the seminar?” Courtney asked and I nodded while sipping my chilled latte.
“It was okay but I am dead tired now,” I answered and she nodded while taking a bite of her waffle.
“You are right! I am heading home now. I have to run an errand. See you soon, babe,” I hugged her and then she left. I quickly finished my latte and came out of the building. I unlocked my car and was about to take a seat when someone spun me around.
“Sasha! I was calling you and you didn’t even pick up my call. What is wrong with you?” I looked towards Lennix who was looking annoyed and angry.
“I-i was busy Nix,” I answered and looked around to make sure that there was no one else in the parking lot yet.
