“Wakie wakie!” I heard a rough voice and then someone kicked me. I winced loudly and peeled my eyes open. Two guards were present near me with a tray of food in their hands.
“What the hell do you want from me?” I asked, and they exchanged looks before giving me a devilish smile.
“Nothing, Doll! We want nothing from you,” One of them answered and scanned me from head to toe. I was curled in a ball and I didn't have even an ounce of strength left in my body.
“Eat,” The second one put that tray in front of me. I eyed them suspiciously before looking towards the food. Curry and rice with two slices of bread never looked so tempting before.
