"It will be fine," he muttered to Violet in the chemistry class as they waited for the bell to ring. "If we stay in contact through our minds, I am sure it will be fine," he said. The bell rang, but instead of everyone rushing out like they usually did at the end of the day, they hung back. Violet thought it was strange, but then when they left, everyone followed them. They wanted to see if Carl and Violet were going off to make out somewhere. Carl did not even notice. He was used to all that. But she kept a sharp eye out, for Clover David had once threatened Violet just for speaking to Carl, she didn't want to get caught unawares by a bunch of Carl's fangirls. S
