Violet dreamt that she was in a room, beyond the underground tunnel. The room seemed big, and she could hear dripping water that echoed in the vast space. As she tried to adjust her eyes enough to see properly, she noticed there was someone else in the room with her. Her body tensed, but she did not have a fear of being alone in the dark with a strange figure. Instead, it seemed reassuring, somehow. As if she was protected.
"Hello?" she called out. Her voice echoed in the cavernous space.
"Violet?"
She would recognize Carl Johnson's voice anywhere, though she did not often hear him say her name. The sound of it gave her a strange feeling that she could not describe, though it was not unpleasant.
"Why are you in my dream?" Carl asked her.
