The problem was none of them were very good at plans. On TV shows, Violet had watched people always come up with plans to defeat evil so easily, but speaking, that was the hardest part. Anyone could throw themselves into the path of danger, but finding the right path was the problem. She was, after all, just a normal sixteen-year-old girl.
"We should confront Yana," Ryan said. "If we are just honest with her, maybe she will tell us why she is doing this."
"That is the worst plan ever," Blake said. But he could not come up with anything better, so he just lounged on the sofa, staring up at the sparkly words.
"If we confront her, we need some sort of assurance," Carl said. "Some way of restricting her powers so she cannot attack us."
