CHAPTER 14 RAVEN: My eyes fluttered open. I woke up. Again. The first thing that hit me wasn’t the light or the ceiling or even the sterile, too-clean smell of the room. It was the heaviness in my chest. That familiar, sinking weight of disappointment. I was so damn tired of this. I was damn tired of waking up in places I didn’t remember sleeping in.
