Kate’s POV
It’s Saturday. It was five in the morning when I woke up. I feel like I'm late. I went straight to the kitchen for breakfast. After I had breakfast I immediately took a shower and got dressed.
I go to the bakery shop at six o’clock so I have to hurry because I’m late. I immediately took my bike and rode.
I speeded up the biking because I was really late. 6:15 am. I came to the shop.
“Good morninggg ..” I greeted my colleagues at the bakery shop.
“Goodmorning Kate. Why you're late? ” They asked me.
It's only now that I'm sick, because I'm always ahead of them.
"Haha sorry I woke up late eh." I said. I went to the baking area because I needed to bake pandesals.
7:05 am. When I finish baking. I did the other work that had to be done.
It was 9:30 when I finished. After a few hours, the manager came. He is sir Ryuu.
"Good morning guys!" he greeted us with a mixed smile. You can really see its deep dimples. So handsome !
"Goodmorning sir!" we also greeted him.
Sir discussed what to do today. When sir Ryuu finished discussing he went to the preparation area. I have to excuse myself because I am going to the hospital for my check up. I followed him and talked.
"Ahm sir Ryuu" I calmly called to him.
“Oh why Kate? Is there a problem?" he asked me. He has a sweet voice and seems very gentlemanly. His eyes were clear. His haircut was clean cut. He looks so clean. I was surprised because he asked again.
“Kate what is that? Is there a problem?" he asked again while smiling. I have been staring at him for a long time.
Embarrassing.
"Ahmm Ah eh sir I ha-have to excuse myself, I have a medical checkup today" I said. I was suddenly swallowed up because of my actions.
“Ah what is that? I’m willing to listen. ” he said.
"Sir Ryuu, if it's possible, I'll let you know this afternoon to go off duty." I calmly say goodbye to sir Ryuu.
“Huh? Why?" sir Ryuu asked.
"Yesterday I was taken to the clinic because I lost consciousness and the doctor said I needed to consult the hospital." I explain. That's really embarrassing.
“But can you go there alone? ” said sir Ryuu with mixed concern. Let's just go sir Ryuu, ayiie.
“Ahh yes sir I can. Thank you sir for agreeing. ” I turned around and went to the baggage area. I was about to take my bag when I suddenly felt dizzy.
My vision was almost darkened. Suddenly my body lost its balance and I lost consciousness.
Ryuu’s POV
Kate said goodbye to me that she will be off duty this afternoon. I was shocked and asked why.
It looks like she has a sick. Her lips were pale, her eyes were powerless, and her body was tender.
She said she will go to the hospital to check up. I allowed her because she really needed to consult.
She went to the baggage area to get her belongings. I noticed her phone that she left on the table.
I took it and followed her to the baggage area to hand it to her. I was about to lift the cloth that was blocking her when she suddenly fell in front of me.
She lost consciousness. Her whole body was cold. So I immediately put her in my car and took her to the hospital.
When we arrived at the hospital, she was immediately put on a wheeled stretcher and rushed to the emergency room. Her whole body was pale and cold.
"Nurse check her vitals" I ordered the nurse. After a minute,
“Doc, she’s in danger! We recorded 35 beats in a minute!” The nurse replied to me.
Yes, you heard right, I’m a doctor and it’s not about bragging about our hospital hehe.
Your pulse rate is very low Kate. You're in a bad mood. She is having trouble breathing so "oxygen quickly !!!" I shouted orders because Kate could disappear if her heart rate continued to drop.
I quickly hooked up the oxygen.
Suddenly Alex came "what happened my brother Ryuu?" he asked.
"She lost consciousness earlier and her heartbeat was low." I explained.
He is in charge of our hospital. He graduated in medicine in another country so I know he is better than me.
“All right Ryuu I'll take care of it. All of you, leave me alone. I’ll handle this. Ryuu, come out first. ” My older brother said to me while smiling at me.
Sh*t, what can he do to Kate. I don't trust him when it comes to women.
"Brother ..." I didn't finish I would say.
“Ryuu will you come out or you will let this woman die. Trust me. I’ll take this alone. Just leave. ” my older brother replied with a mixed smile, a smile with bad intentions.
Kate's condition is serious so she needs treatment.
“But. Promise me you won't do anything bad to her or else ”I didn't finish what I was going to say and I left the room.
The nurses also came out. Only Kate and Alex were inside so I was nervous.
I felt out of breath so I went out first to buy water.

I'm from the canteen now because I bought bottled water and I'm going to the emergency room.
When I got to the emergency room.

I let go of the two bottled water I was holding.
My heart beat faster.
Time stopped.
I am now standing in the doorway.
What comes to my mind is different.

Alex’s POV
I was on my way to my patients now when I saw Ryuu rushing and pushing an unconscious woman to the emergency room.
I followed them and went to the emergency room. I entered so Ryuu was suddenly surprised.
"What happened my brother Ryuu?" I asked him.
"She lost consciousness earlier and her lower heartbeat" he explained.
The woman looks beautiful, beautiful body. What is their relationship like and he seems to be worried about it.
I just thought of tripping my brother hehe. “All right Ryuu I'll take care of it. All of you, leave me alone. I’ll handle this. Ryuu come out first too ” I told him while I smiled.
I noticed he seemed disgusted. I want to treat this woman alone. Beautiful, sexy, and stocky. She was different from the women I was with.
"Brother…." He was about to speak so I preceded him. “Ryuu will you come out or you will let this woman die. Trust me. I’ll take this alone. Just leave ” I said while smiling. I noticed that his concern for this woman increased.
“But. Promise me you won't do anything bad to her or else… ” he suddenly said to me with mixed threats.
Does it scare me? Tsk. Let see .. Ryuu went out with the nurses. After they left, I immediately approached my beautiful patient.
I removed the oxygen attached to her mouth. I watched her lovely look.
I even approached her face. My face was only about an inch away from her face.
Sh*t, she’s so adorable. But I was shocked by what happened next.
Suddenly her head rose, and accidentally, our lips kissed together.
I was shocked and recoiled at what had happened, her whole body was shaking and cold. I remember that I removed the oxygen from her. I immediately hooked it up.
After a few seconds, her whole body calmed down. I examined her. I checked her vital signs. She’s going back to normal.
I went out and called Ryuu but she wasn't outside. I just thought of taking my beautiful female patient to the laboratory for examination.
I let her out, I will let the nurses know first but they are all busy. So I just went straight.
I took her blood. I checked her blood pressure. I have already started treating her. I put my lips to his ear and whispered.
"Get well because you still need to thank me, I saved your life."
Ryuu’s POV
I was shocked to see Kate was not in the emergency room.
I asked the nurses but they said they didn't know. They didn't see Alex either.
Shit. Alex with her? Different things entered my mind.
I ran out of the emergency room. I looked for Ryuu outside.
I asked the guard if they saw Ryuu, but he said he didn't get out of the hospital.
I went to his office but he was not there.
F*ck. Where did he take Kate.
I looked up, I saw the cctv.
I immediately went to the security room.
“Oh good m…” didn't end when the cctv watcher said when I suddenly went straight to the monitor.
"Replay in the emergency room!" I said quickly to the guard.
"B..but.." the guard stammered and didn't finish what he was going to say.
“Don't ask anymore !! Replay it !!! ” I shouted at the guard.
He was shocked and immediately played the cctv in the emergency room.
Alex was later seen on cctv pushing Kate while unconscious.
They go to the Laboratory Room.
I immediately got off and went wherever they were.
I immediately opened the door and was shocked by what I saw.
Wtf! Alex's lip stuck to Kate's ear? What is he doing?
"Oh Ryuu are you there yet?" shocked it says.
I immediately approached him and gave him a punch in the face. Cause it to fall to the floor.
