I was in the shower when I heard the apartment door open and close. A few seconds later, her voice filtered in as Rose called out my name. “Ryan?”
“In the bathroom.” I replied.
When Gavin had told us about the accident, we had come straight to the apartment and then in our wet clothes we’d focused all our attention on Arjun. I didn’t even know if Rose had taken a shower or not, I’d remind her if she hadn’t. It will probably cause her a headache if she wore those wet clothes for any longer.
