"Have you seen my gossiping neighbors? Their necks must be getting sore by now from peeking at you and Xeldon," Lyka said with a laugh as she glanced out the window again. On the other hand, Xeldon remained quiet, eating the bread Lyka had bought while holding her shih tzu. From time to time, he stroked its fur, seemingly unconcerned about the noise outside.
