Twenty-One It did get worse. Something was absolutely, definitely wrong. Her head was killing her. And the promise to take the next three days off of work and sleep had added to rather than detracted from her anxiety. She had support and that helped. A little. Her mother agreed to keep Kaiden for as long as necessary, and Davion had wanted to stay home. They spent most of their time in bed. He rubbed her shoulders, her feet. Asked her how she was feeling.
