I never really understood it when I heard other Fae say that being in a relationship is hard work because from what I’ve seen, it isn’t. Sure, you’ve got to put the effort in to maintain the relationship, but it never feels like work, I genuinely want to do my part to maintain our relationship.
At least that’s how my relationship with Liam feels, easy and natural, even with all the challenges we’re currently navigating.
Sure, I expected us to fight more as time went on, but as a general rule, I did not expect it so soon because all the issues we’re dealing with are far more important than a “relationship spat”. Maybe, a disagreement about who to trust our baby with, or a difference in opinions on naming her, you know, important stuff like that.
