I'm still staring at the picture I've received, shocked. Manon is lying on a concrete floor, her hands and eyes tied. She is unconscious. I read the accompanying message:
*Meet me in an hour at the location I'll send. Don't tell anyone, or she dies- Chosen Warrior Wolf.*
Then, another picture appeared. It was a photo of my mother at the hospital, smiling and chatting with Luna Cythia. My heart raced in my chest. What the hell was Jay doing right now? Had he gone crazy?
*Your mother is safe, but I have someone watching just in case you cause trouble. I want to see you,* he texted.
With trembling fingers, I replied, *You've lost it. Are you on drugs?*
