I had to leave the room because as I stood in that room, watching those women confess about how they conspired with f*****g Heath Barlowe to kidnap my mate and deliver her to the rogue who's after her... her power. I wanted to end them, and I could have had my brother not try to stop me. Ace was growling too; his alpha aura was spilling free and intimidating all the guards stationed at the dungeons.
'They need to pay. You have to let me out,' Ace growled. Heath needed to pay. He was a spy sent by the so-called rogue king to infiltrate my pack and take my mate. I needed to find him and make him pay for what he had done. Begonia had informed me where my mate was through the alpha's command, and I was on my way there now.
