"How do you know she was kidn*pped?" Hayes asked, his voice rising an octave. It was dangerous. Henry and Kyle froze for a moment, swallowing nervously.
"I told them," the witch, whom I hadn't seen yet, said.
"And how do you know that, wench, I mean witch?" Hayes gritted. "Are you perhaps working with the enemy?"
