I was stunned by my mate's outburst earlier. I glared at Hayes, who was smirking and ready to go after Ruby.
"Evelyn Cooper, seriously," he said. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. Yeah, yeah. I should have deleted her number after my mate came back, but I forgot.
