Shane stood beside Zylon, and Tate had just arrived in his human form, standing next to Hayes's wolf. My brother had blood on his shirt, and his eyes were bloodshot, glaring at the rogues. I didn't even ask him how my best friend was doing. I just prayed that she was recovering well.
