The two detectives spent a quiet evening in Tamayo's apartment. They ate TV dinners, and tried to relax in front of the television screen that showed a constant stream of old black-and white Hollywood movies. Though Morales remained technically on vacation, the events of the last three days had been anything but relaxing.
