“I still can’t believe that I was so excited to finally meet Davina’s family only for her to shatter my hopes. Why would I want to meet her family as her boss? Like why?” I kept asking myself.
I was lost in thoughts when I heard a knock on the door.
“Come in” I said not even wanting to know who’s knocking on the door.
“Hey bro” I looked up to see my visitor. I was surprised to see Nick in my office today. Like he was the last person that I was expecting to see today.
