Davina’s POV
We spent over an hour shopping and yet Aiden didn’t come back.
“Hey, please can you help us tell Aiden that we’re about leaving” I said to the guy Aiden sent to help us out.
“Sure ma’am, I’d be right back”
“Okay thanks”
“I’m sorry ma’am But sir Aiden already left” he said after about ten minutes of waiting for him
“For real?”
“Yes ma’am he’s assistant said he left not quite long after he’s guest left saying that he had an emergency to attend to, so he had to leave early canceling all his appointment for today”
“so basically he stood us up?” Ash said sarcastically.
“Ash this is really not the time” I said while dialing Aiden’s number but it kept sending me to voicemail.
“Whatever”
“Let me help you with that ma’am” he said as he helped us to carry our bags out. “D
