Third Person's POV
"How did you know there were two of us?" The boy asked. Althea just smirks and ignores what they said.
"What do you want from me?" She asked again and look intently at the two of them.
"As I said before, we want you on our team. What do you say?" Chloe said to her, Althea just look away from them and start to walk away. "Oh no, you don't," Chloe said.
She dashes towards Althea but she cast "Water Wall". Chloe doesn't have a choice but to step back, making Althea leave the two of them. But Bryan didn't let that happen as he follows her.
"Tsk. Leave me alone." She said
"Why don't you want to join us?" Bryan asked her and because of this she halted and dashes towards him and looks him at his eyes. He's completely shocked and didn't expect her to do that but he didn't let it notice to her and said: "How can I change your mind?"
Althea looks at him intently, "Well, what if we fight and have a duel? And the one who will win will do whatever they want?" and smirk.
"Sure. But aren't you at your disadvantage? There's two of us and one of you." Bryan and Althea look at Chloe who is now beside them. But Althea just smiles and takes a step back.
"And yet you can't defeat me." She said and start to cast a spell. "Fire s***h!" and then she runs towards a field where she can use more of her powers. The two follow her and when they reach the field, Chloe dashes towards her and started to attack.
"Wind Dash" and when Chloe activates that, she instantly becomes so fast.
"Search" Althea cast it and immediately avoid the attack of Chloe, she almost hit her. Chloe smiles and looks at her, but before she could attack again Althea cast a "Wind Burst" to her but she holds her ground by using her sword stuck to the field.
While she's busy attacking Chloe, she didn't notice of Bryan that's already on her back and he took benefit of this and point a knife to her neck. "Game Over."
He said but she just smiles and quickly made the situation backward and points her hand to Bryan. And that made him flew away but she quickly dashes to his side and does what he did to her. Chloe dashes to the back of Althea and did the same thing to her, she smiles as she cornered Althea.
But as soon as she's going to say something, Althea cast a spell of "Teleportation" and the three of them teleport to another side of the field. And as soon as they leave their position a while ago, a big tail smashes to where they're supposed to be.
"Let's continue our fight next time," Althea said and the two nodded in agreement while all of them are looking to an A-level monster.
"A dragon? What is an A-level dragon doing here?" Chloe said. Dragons are the only A-level monster who is rarely seen anywhere, but once they do they create havoc everywhere.
Althea dashes towards the dragon and starts to attack it, Bryan did the same. But the dragon flew away and start to breathe fire towards them.
"Water Bomb!" She cast, and the fire dies down. "Enhance Jump!" and she starts to jump towards the back of the dragon. Chloe and Bryan did the same thing to get close to the dragon
They all work together to defeat the dragon that could rampage towards the nearby village. "How on earth we'll defeat this?" Chloe asked.
"Find out if what element dragon it is," Bryan said, Althea, nodded and walk towards the dragon. The dragon sees her and going to attack, and it breathes water. Althea counter-attack and shielded herself in "Water Shield" and launch a Fire spell "Fire Explosion"
And using this opportunity, Bryan and Chloe begin an attack and stab the dragon with all their might. But still, the dragon is alive but it's already in pain. It roar as loud as it can and start attacking with no direction at all. The forest is now starting to burn up, and the fire is spreading much quicker than they thought.
"What should we do?" Chloe asks. They are speaking while they're under Althea's water shield, Bryan looks at them and thinks of a plan.
"Althea, we will attack the dragon by our swords and skills, can you be the distraction?" He said.
"Sure, but how long do you think you need to kill it? The fire is spreading much faster than I thought. If this continues much longer, there will be casualties." She asked and said.
"Give us at least 2 minutes." He said and looks at Chloe who just nodded.
"That's enough time for us, will you be fine?" Chloe asks her and she just nodded too. They all nodded and Bryan starts to count till three. And once he said three, Althea remove the shield and the two quickly goes away from her. Althea hurls a fire spell to the dragon, so its attention is now fully focused on her.
"Fire Wheeze"
"Fire s***h!"
"Fire Bomb!"
She just cast a fire spell randomly to attack it, and while all the attention of the dragon is to her the two quickly enhance their speed and quickly attack the dragon with their sword.
"Two swords devil technique," Chloe said as she attacks
"Evil Shadow" Bryan cast
And while they're doing it, Althea cast a high spell of "Hell's Fire Burst Explosion!" and that spell completely finishes the dragon. And once she sees the dragon completely dead, she cast a "Water Rain" and that extinguish the fire that the dragon created.
"What do you think of our teamwork huh?" Bryan asks Althea, she looks at them and thinks about what happened to the fight.
"That's an A-level beast monster and we defeat just the three of us, the thing you're most scared of will never happen to our team. We train so hard and do our best so we can protect each other all the time. So move on, Althea." He said while walking towards her, and when he reached her he took her hands and said: "The world is more dangerous and that's where it all gets exciting if how you can and will handle it, so do you think it's fun to what we did?" Althea looks at him and smiles wholeheartedly.
"Yes, I have fun," Althea said while smiling and the two of them just look at her and become mesmerized to her smile.
