Best Friends

[PT.1] The First Meeting

On the first day of school, Rachel is a Grade 3 student. While entering the classroom, she saw a boy sitting at the front seat. She never saw that boy before so maybe he's a transferee. The boy looked so lonely, he didn't have any friends nor someone he knew, While others were making noise, he was just sitting quietly.

// Rachel went to the boy //

[Rachel] : "Hi there! My name is Rachel Jane, you can call me Rachel. What is your name?"

[Boy] : "Oh, Hello Rachel, my name is--"

// Suddenly, the bell rang, that means the class is starting //

[Teacher] : "Good morning kids, let's start our first day of class"

[Whole Class] : "Good morning Teacher!"

[Teacher] : "Okay kids, let's introduce ourselves. I'll go first. Hello kids! My name is Teacher Cherry Mae, just call me Teacher Cherry."

[Whole Class] : "Hello Teacher Cherry!"

// Teacher Cherry pointed who would go next and the students introduced themselves //

// And Teacher Cherry points Rachel //

[Teacher Cherry] : "Please introduce yourself."

// Rachel stood up and said.. //

[Rachel] : "Hello everyone! My name is Rachel Jane Claveria, you can call me Rachel. Nice to meet you all!"

[Teacher Cherry] : "It's nice to meet you too Rachel! Okay next!"

// Teacher Cherry points at the boy in the front seat //

// The boy stands and introduced himself shyly //

[Boy] : "Uh-mm, Hi everyone. My name is Alvin Khent Valdez. Nice to meet you."

// And Alvin sits right away because of shyness //

{ Rachel's POV: "That name is so familiar I think I've heard that name before but I can't remember." }

-- FAST FORWARD --

[Teacher Cherry] : "Okay kids, It's break time! Enjoy your snacks!"

[Whole Class] : "Yey!!"

// Rachel went to Alvin with her snacks //

[Rachel] : "Hi Alvin! Can I eat with you?"

[Alvin] : "Oh, Yes of course hehe."

[Rachel] : "You have no friends here? You're so quiet."

[Alvin] : "Yeah, I'm new here so I don't know anyone."

[Rachel] : "Oh. We can be friends right?"

[Alvin] : "Yes of course HAHA!"

[Rachel] : "And we should stay forever friends okay?"

[Alvin] : "Okay!"

[Rachel] : "Pinky promise?"

[Alvin] : "Pinky promise."

// They locked their pinkies and the promise has been made //
