I slam my fist into the wall as I gaze out the window, making Selena flinch beside me. She rests her hand on my arm and I shrug it away.
"What the hell were you thinking, Selena?" I turned to look at her, her expression one of shock at my tone.
"I wasn't thinking! How many times have I just casually fallen asleep here while you and Brody were out for a run? It's a habit, Alec. It was never a problem before." She folded her arms across her chest and turned to look out the window, avoiding my gaze.
