I sighed deeply as I saw Max leaning on the gate probably waiting for me. I suddenly remembered yesterday when I fought with my boyfriend over him.
Why doesn't Kayden trust him? Could it be that he knows him from somewhere?
I wish I knew the reason behind Kayden not trusting Max.
When I got to where Max was he seemed lost in thoughts because he didn't even acknowledge my presence.
I tapped him slightly and he flinched.
"Oh Elle it's you" he said with a forced smile.
"Is everything alright Max?" I asked worriedly.
"Yes um everything is okay I'm just worried about my results for this semester" he assured and I nodded.
