His name is too perfect to replace with anything else. Hamish handed a piece of paper to Kiefer, "Read it". Hamish's voice is so plain. No emotion at all, no anger, no irritation. Nothing.

"Oh, a contract. As s*x partners?" Kiefer said out loud. Hamish nodded his head, gesturing him to continue reading. Kiefer continued reading. The words written didn't bother Kiefer at all. And so Kiefer had to decide, "I agree with this, but I have rewuests as well," "Okay, let's hear it" Hamish is actually relieved to have heard Kiefer agree, it would be a loss for him to lose such a be ooautiful boy. "I ask of you to make it seem that our relationship is romantic in front of my friends and I ask of you to agree on double dates." Hamish was quite surprised to hear that from Kiefer. He was expected something like a million pesos or a car. "I uh... I'm sure I can do that,"

Hamish stood up from the couch and invited him to have breakfast downstairs. "You can go downstairs now. I'll need to wash my face first and brush up". Hamish agreed and went on ahead. Just when Kiefer was washing his face, he realized what hell he just entered. It's the circle of lust. He always wished for a nice caring man, who would be on his apron, making breakfast. A man who would enjoy Saturday movie marathon. Hamish doesn't seem to be that kind of man. He hopes that he was mistaken as he was mistaken about Hamish not being interested to men. So he'd better ride through it. Kiefer went downstairs to the dining hall and was escorted to Hamish.

Kiefer sat down, looking at Hamish. "Order anything you'd like" as soon as Hamish uttered those words, the people waiting beside them handed the menu to Kiefer. "Did I just ended up with a horny rich man?" was his thought. He felt the heat of his embarrassment crawl up to his cheeks. As soon as Kiefer h laid his eyes on the price, he can't choose anymore. He took a few more minutes before Hamish started to feel bored of waiting, "You don't have to worry about the price, if that's what's taking you so long" addition to Kiefer's embarrassment. But then he realized, Hamish did not order anything, he did not even asked for water. "Are you not gonna eat at all?" Hamish shook his head, "I'll be having a- Nevermind, it's not even your business" Kiefer was shocked with what Hamish said. It was actually the first cold words Hamish has told him since last night. Well, last night was a bit, uh, romantic? Well. Kiefer started to wonder if it'll continue to be like that throughout the relationship, "Remember the rules?" Hamish asked him coldly. Kiefer just nodded with a long face. Hamish let out a sigh out of irritation, "Here," Hamish placed a bundle ₱50,000 on the table, "Go console yourself with whatever you like," Hamish was about to leave but he stopped, "Oh, the driver would be accompanying you, just tell him where you will be going. I'm heading out now,".

Gosh, Kiefer. He- Kiefer is in utter shock. He was quite hurt. Not of what he's said nor done. But because he could see the end of this relationship. Kiefer can't deny that he's attracted to Hamish. But he was not expecting anything from him. But he never, not even once, did he think that he would experience such thing. He looked at the money that's in front of him. He snatched it and walked away. The driver escorted him to the car and asked him, "Where to, sir?" "SM mall" Kiefer is sure to waste all those money on art materials since it has always been his passion.

Sex Partnership Agreement

This Partnership Agreement is made effective as of February 15th 20**, by and between John Hamish Black and Kiefer Diaz

Partnership Purpose

​This partnership specifically formed on the terms and conditions set forth below to engange s****l activities.

Partnership Term

​This partnership is to commence on the effecttive date and and will continue until it terminates in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, unless terminated earlier with accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Partners' Contribution

Kiefer Diaz is to provide s****l sevices to John Hamish Black, and John Hamish Black is to provide financial support and comfort to Kiefer Diaz.

This Partnership is meant to set a barrier between s*x partners. Both parties are expected to not have any genuine affection.

This Agreement is considered useless and meaningless unless signed by both party.
