As they reached the house and went inside Zagreus looked around a bit bewildered.
“Things have really changed up here…” He stated as he walked through the kitchen looking at the appliances. He wandered over to the TV and then sat down casually on the leather couch, stretching his legs out and putting his arms up along the back.
Natalie had leaned a hip on the kitchen counter and watched him intently with a dark scowl on her face, her arms folded. Mikhail took her body language to mean she really didn’t like or trust Zagreus. Mikhail stood beside Natalie and reached out and took her hand, making her unfold her arms as she looked at him stunned, then smiled warmly.
As Zagreus sat down he looked over at them and smiled. He patted the couch next to him.
“Come here, Kok-lir.”
