Aria - 18 years later
The sun is shining and my tummy is full of excited butterflies. Today is the day! Daisy and I get freedom, we head off to college to join my brother and Zac. Four years of fun and craziness lies ahead of us.
Singing my heart out in the shower to my favourite songs I imagine what the parties will be like. How amazing it will be just to be a normal college student instead of the Alpha Princess. People are always so careful around me, scared to put a foot wrong and honestly it’s exhausting.
I’m a little startled when I walk back out of the closet dressed for comfort in matching joggers and a hoodie for the journey and my mother is there with breakfast laid out. Her beautiful smile greets me and I thank the goddess for her every day.
