As i reach the living room i hear voices. Particularily womens voices. Thats probably his Mum and sisters voice. As i enter the room everyone stops talking and looks at me.

His mum and sister make the first move and come closer to me. She hugs me and gives me the biggest and warmest smile ever. she seems genuine. I turn to see his sister beside his mum.

Mother give me a chance to hug Sierra as well please. stop hogging her. she says as she lets out a laugh

You are sooo gorgeous and even more stunning in person Cici says as she hugs me. Forgive my mother its been so lonely with just the 2 of us at home that shes literally so excited to have you join our family and so am i.

its so very nice meeting the both of you i say with a smile. this smile of mine is real and not fake. i actually felt like i was appreciated by his family.

i scan the room but theres no one else around. His mother sees the uncertainity in my eyes and says... Kaidens in the garden. he just needed some fresh air.

His abit stubborn and seems scary but his a great person cici says as she looks at me.

Im sure he is i say looking at my parents. I see them smile and happy for the first time in a very long time. im glad this brings them joy.

We all gather together and sit.His mother and sister talk about their pack and where they live. and our conversation continues to Mollys 18th birthday.

As the conversation continues our wedding date is finalised but in all this Kaiden doesnt make an appearance. i feel his mum get uneasy and tensed. she looks at Cici as a sign to tell her to go get Kaiden.

Its been a long time now and he didnt come. Mary and Cici apologise on his behalf. His still outside at the garden.

I have this upset feeling and i dont know why. Sky is disappointed as well. I know i shouldnt expect anything from him but i didnt think hed be this disrespectful especially not to my family or even his own family.

I excuse myself and walk out to the front patio. i needed to get out of there before i lose my mind. i get it non of us wanted this but who gave him the right to act this way?

just because his the strongest alpha he thinks he can disrespect me?
