Ruby

One week later

Its been a week since the insanely hot delivery boy came here. I'm currently laying in bed thinking about those perfectly plump lips of his and how I want to kiss him. Just the thought of him kissing is making me blushing and biting my lip, I bury my face into my favorite stuffie Mr.Narwhalington. If you cant tell he's a narwhal with a monocle and a mustache.

I have to stop day dreaming about him I have to get everything together for school tomorrow. Hoping out of bed I walk in to my bath room and turn on my shower while it heats up I strip out of my PJ's. When done I get in and wash myself with my coconut body wash. God I love the smell of coconut. Once I'm done washing myself and shaving I hope out of the shower and wrap a fluffy blue towel around myself. I quickly brush my teeth and wash my face. After I've finished getting ready I walk in to my room to get dressed. I picked out a pair of high waist shorts, a red crop top that says baby girl on it, a red flannel to tie around my waist and my favorite black timbs. Leaving my hair down to air dry.

Walking over to my vanity I but on some eyeliner, mascara and cherry lip gloss. I don't like to wear a lot of make up. Happy with the final product I head down stairs to check what I need to buy for supplies for school.

Walking into the kitchen I see Jett sitting at the counter with his head down. Ignoring him I got the fridge and pull out the orange juice.

"What's wrong Jett?" I ask, he looks up groggily.

"Nothing I'm just tired and to lazy to make food." I roll my eyes "Alright what do you want to eat?" "I don't know." he groans.

"Okay if you don't know what you want then I'll just give you cereal." he nods.

Why is he so lazy I find it funny though. After I give him the cereal I ask were Jade and Crystal are, he tells me their still asleep. Grabbing an apple and my purse I tell Jett I'm going out to get school supplies. Not really acknowledging me, I roll my eyes and head towards the store.

When I get to the store I get a parking spot near the door. With a smile on my face I walk in and grab a basket. As I'm getting everything on the list I notice I'm almost done.

Seeing the last thing I need is some folders. But their on the top shelf, I let out a sigh of frustration as I stand on my tippy-toes and stretch as much as I can. Struggling to reach I decide to try and jump for it. Still not able to reach I hear someone chuckle behind me. Looking over my shoulder, I see the green eyes that I've been dreaming about for the last week.

"Do you need some help princess?" He asked with amusement.

"No, I got it." he raises an eyebrow skeptically, "Are you sure?" I quickly turn around so he can't see the blush creeping up on my cheeks.

About to reach for the folders again I feel his chest against my back. He reaches above me and grabs the folders and hands them to me.

"Here you go." I mumble a thank you while looking down. Placing a finger under my chin he tilts my head up to look him in the eyes.

"You know princess, you shouldn't hide you blush I think it cute I make you flustered." he says with a smirk.

"No you don't." I said slipping into my little space. Realizing what I just did I start to walk away.

"Hey what's your name?" he asks with a smile. "It's Ruby, Ruby Knight." I say looking down so I don't see the look in his eyes.

"Well Ruby Knight, my names Adrian Freeman." he says as he tilts my head up again.

When I look in his eyes I see emotions I cant quite place. We just stare at each other for what feels like an eternity, till I hear my phone going off. Looking away from him I grab out my phone and answer with out looking at the caller ID.

"Hello." I say turning my back to Adrian.

"Where are you?" asks Jade, I look over my shoulder at him and see him staring at me.

"I'm at the store getting stuff for school. I'll be home in a few." I say still looking at Adrian.

Okay can you go by McDonalds and pick my up something to eat?" pulling my attention back to her I ask "And why can't you do it yourself?"

Jade begins arguing with me about how she's older and I should get her something to eat. Not wanting to deal with her I throw my head back and let out a sigh of frustration and agree.

Turning back towards Adrian I see he's still staring at me.

"Uh.. I have to go." "Okay" Is all he says. Grabbing my basket I walk around him, but before I can get past him he grabs my wrist and stops me.

"I'll see you at school tomorrow princess." he says with a smirk and a wink.

I feel my cheeks blush from his actions "Bye Adrian" I say and turn away walking towards check out.

Adrian P.O.V

Walking down the isles to get stuff for school I see the girl I've been dreaming about for the last week.

I take her in while she doesn't know I'm looking. Her long blonde air hangs down to her butt. She's wearing a red crop top that says baby girl, with a pair of high waist white shorts showing a small part of her toned stomach. The shorts show off her long legs that I can imagine wrapped around my waist. She looks absolutely beautiful I just wish she wasn't wearing that red flannel around her waist then I could see her butt.

Seeing her reaching for the folders on the top shelf has a smile spreading across my face. When she tries jumping I couldn't help but let out a chuckle. Apparently she heard me cause she stiffens for a second before looking over her shoulder.

When she looks at me with the those blue eye that remind me crystal clear water, I suck in a breath.

Unable to hide the amusement that dances in my eyes I ask " Do you need some help princess?" I see her slightly shudder when I say princess. I hope thats good.

"No I got it." she says in her melodic voice. I couldn't help but rise and eyebrow and look at her skeptically.

"Are you sure?" I ask, she quickly turns around, I see a small blush creep up on her cheeks making me smile more.

I walk up behind her and reach for the folders, I linger there for a little longer than necessary loving the feeling of her small body against mine. Finally taking a step back I say "Here you go." she mumbles a small thank you as she looks down with a blush.

Wanting to see that adorable blush on my princess, I place my finger under her chin and tilt her head up.

"You know princess, you shouldn't hide you blush I think it cute I make you flustered." I say with a smirk.

She quickly responds with "No you don't." se said in a childish voice. I don't know why but that voice just makes her more adorable to me. Her eyes slightly widen after her statement and turns to walk away from me.

Not wanting the conversation to end yet I ask "Hey what's your name?"

"It's Ruby, Ruby Knight." she says looking down. Her name is beautiful just like her, wanting to look in her eyes I tilt her head back up.

"Well Ruby Knight, my names Adrian Freeman." I say, staring into her eyes I hope she doesn't see how much I already care for her.

Her phone starts ringing pulling us from own little world that I wish we could have styed in.

She answers her phone and turns away from me. "Hello....I'm at the store getting stuff for school. I'll be home in a few." She says to the person on the phone as she looks at me over her shoulder.

What if she has a boyfriend? That's the only thought I have as a wave of jealousy and possessiveness rushes through my system. Why do I feel like this? I just met this girl. I'm pulled from my thoughts when I hear her ask "And why can't you do it yourself?" she sounds upset. Hearing her upset for some reason I get upset that someone is making her upset. I have to resist the urge to pull the phone from her hand and tell that person off.

She throws her head back and huffs. I find it cute the little sound that comes out of her. She agrees with the person on the other line and hangs up.

"Uh.. I have to go." she says so quietly I almost didn't hear it "Okay" is all I say.

When she tries walking by my I capture her wrist, she looks back up at me with confusion.

"I'll see you at school tomorrow princess." I say with a smirk and a wink when she blushes again I just smirk again.

Turning away from me she says "Bye Adrian." and walks away.

God I love the way she says my name. As I watch her retreating figure, I actually become excited for school tomorrow. Because I get to see my princess again.
