Aurelia's POV
My footsteps echo on the paved path as I walk toward the school building. All around me heads turn eyes widen and murmurs follows my progress with disbelief, shock and whispers. I hear them.
“Is that really her?” someone hisses.
“But... the Wolvesbane…“ another voice trails off with confusion.
“She's walking like nothing happened! It’s creepy.”

I grit my teeth. Evil? Dark magic? All I did was defend myself. Why isn't Julian here? He usually insists on driving me to school. Maybe something happened to him?
