Aurelia's POV
A person stands in the doorway covered in black from head to toe. They hold a black staff as dark as their clothing.
Julian and I look at each other and my heart starts racing. Something feels…off.
Slowly the person pulls down their hood.
I gasp as I can now recognize them. It’s Saraphina the moon goddess’s priestess. Why is she here?
She says nothing and walks past Julian and like she owns the place. Julian move aside without thinking and I watch frozen as she leans the staff against the wall.
Julian tenses beside me I know he’s just as nervous as I am. We don’t say a word as we regard her calmly. Why is the priestess in our cabin?
Saraphina turns to me with her eyes piercing mine.
“Aurelia.” she says calmly.
Julian steps forward positioning himself between us.
