Julian's POV The tires of my Porsche made a sharp sound as I hit the brakes hard in front of Aurelia’s house. A small light lit up her porch with a weak yellow glow. She was sitting there holding her left hand. It was wrapped in a dirty bandage made from what looked like a torn shirt. I jumped out of the car my heart beating fast and hard. “Aurelia!” I yelled my voice full of fear. “What happened? Who did this to you?!” She looked up her green eyes wide and full of pain. The porch light shone on a little bit of blood running down her fingers. Seeing it made me feel a cold anger in my chest. “It was… last night.” she said in a shaky voice. “Someone came into the house. They… they hit me.
