I woke up this morning to one headline after another about Ashton’s night at the club. Charles had texted me, saying he had told Ashton about his three-game suspension. He also made me aware that the team would be traveling to the West Coast for a series of games and that he wanted me to travel with them. Ashton might be benched, but he’s still a part of the team and will be traveling with them.
Naturally, they would want me to tag along to prevent any more scandals.
