That night I dreamt all the familiar dreams of losing everything I wanted so much in life. The ever-familiar dining table dream, but I knew what the family dining table actually looked like, making it all the more real and petrifying. I woke screaming beside Emily, who panicked so much she fell out the bed. “You alright? Is it the baby?” “No, just a nightmare. Go back to sleep.” I, on the other hand, couldn’t sleep. Checking my phone, and it was around six, deciding it would be best to get up instead of trying to go back to sleep. I dressed in a beautiful maxi dress. I owned dresses, thanks to Emily’s convincing. It was a deep cobalt blue colour, with a shirred bust, meaning it clung to my now huge breasts and then floated down the rest of my body.
