Sandy's p.o.v "How are you feeling now after taking eating something?" Beatrice asked. "I feel better, thank you for asking." I answered politely. "Are the clothes warm enough?" She asked. I looked at the dress I wore then nodded. "Good, now that you are safe I can be at ease." She whispered and stood up from the bed that she sat on. "What will happen to that man?" I asked curiously. "He will be dealt with for hurting you, so don't worry. Moreover, a lot of people were there watching him do that to you." She answered. "Thank you and... Would you mind if I call you mother starting from today?" I asked. She looked at me with widened eyes, I was sure that my words had shocked her. I was in another time with no one to take care of me. What's worse was that the owner of the body was just a mere servant. I needed to stay closer to Beatrice and general Paul, not only were they on higher status. They had the right connection and hopefully, I would soon find my way back home. "I'm sorry, did I scare you with my request?. I know I have been acting like a crazy person since the time I woke up. But anyone would after nearly dying, I no longer know if I'm dreaming or not." I Whispered sadly. She sat down and held my hand in hers with a smile. "That's why I want you to rest, you have been through a lot dear." She answered. "Yes and I miss my mother." I lied with forming tears. She quickly hugged me and rubbed my back. Everything I was doing was all an act, but having her embrace me so gently and whisper nice words to me made the tears roll on my cheeks. Even my biological mother and father were never this affectionate towards me, they had never once hugged me like this or whisper sweet words to me. The more I thought about their actions towards me, the more the pretense became my reality. I held her close and sobbed. It was hard to accept it but I was lonely, I had no one who cared enough in my life. "I am so lonely." I cried. "Honey it's fine, you can call me mother so just calm down. Please don't cry." Beatrice whispered. I pulled back and faced her then wiped off my tears. "Even if I go back, I'm sure no one is waiting for me home. They never cared about me, not then and not now as well." I said softly then lay down facing the other side. "If you want, you can stay here for as long as you like Sandy," She whispered. "Thank you, mother." I answered. I closed my eyes and took in a deep breath to relax, then released it. Beatrice stood up from the bed and walked out of the room. Immediately the door was shut I stood up. I wore the shoes that were laid down for me with a smile. I loved that they had a slightly high heel. I went to the wardrobe and opened it. What I needed was a clothe that could cover up my face. When I saw a scarf hanged on the hang wire, I smiled and picked it up. I quickly covered my hair and went to the door, opening it slightly and peeped. The passage was very quiet and everyone seemed to be in the respected rooms. What I had noticed was that the place had only a few servants, and the passages were somehow long. I opened the door and carefully closed it, then tiptoed in the passage. It was at night and I had no idea if the house was guarded or not. "And where do you think you are going, young lady?" Beatrice's voice startled me behind. I slowly turned and looked at her, she stood with folded hands.  I had no idea where she had even come from, yes I had gone past a few closed doors but I didn't know one of them was her room. "You can't easily sneak out, the entrance door that leads outside is guarded." She said. "I'm sorry, it's just that I wanted to see the man who had hurt me in the afternoon. I wanted to look him in the eyes and try and understand why he hates me so much." I answered. "You are lucky that it was me who had heard your footsteps. If it was the general, he could have suspected you and chased you out of the house. Luckily his outside training." She said. "I'm really sorry." I answered. "It's fine, if you really want to see that man, then I'll take you where he is." She answered then walked past me after giving me a gesture to follow her. I slowly followed her behind, we walked for a few minutes then she stopped in front of the last room. "Go in, I will be here outside waiting for you. Don't worry, the man is tied to his chair so he can't move." She said. I nodded then walked in and closed the door behind. Micheal sat on a chair in an empty room. His hands were tied around the back of the chair and his legs were tied with tight ropes on each side of the legs chair. He was facing the ground and his torn shirt was covered in blood. I was about to take a step closer when he looked up, one of his eyes was red and swollen, his lips were busted and his cheek bruised. He smirked then chuckled softly. "Have you come to beg for your forgiveness after realizing that my parents will kill you for lying to the people?" He asked. I moved closer, removed the scarf and laughed softly. "I'm sorry Micheal, but you are mistaken. I have come to make sure you feel the pain twice as you are feeling now." I answered. He frowned and stared at me in shock. "Did you just call me by my name?" He asked loudly. "Of course bastard are you deaf?" I asked. He groaned in anger and tried to move but the ropes couldn't barge. "I want to leave you a parting gift, Micheal." I Whispered then lifted my leg and pressed it between his legs. He looked at my leg in fear then at me. "Scarlet what are you doing?" He asked loudly. "This." I answered then lifted my leg higher and stepped on his d**k with all the strength I had, making sure my heel was hitting the right place. He screamed in a choking way and dropped his head, I put my leg down when the door opened. "Is everything okay?" Beatrice asked and looked at Micheal who was whimpering in pain. "Yes mother, he got angry with me and tried to break out of the ropes while screaming." I answered. "Okay, we should go back now before the general comes back." She said. "Yes." I answered then walked to her. As long as he was here, I was going to show him hell. At least one was down.
