Lila’s POV It was dinner time, and the dining room table was a total war zone of silence between me, Lucien, and his devil sister. The room was freezing cold, and the only sound was the sharp clicking of metal forks hitting the fine china plates. Arthur had served a beautiful meal of prime steak, roasted vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes, but nobody was actually enjoying the food. We were all just sitting in our regular seats, radiating hostility across the white tablecloth.
