We meet again !

The next morning, I woke up with a headache. I shake my head twice and look around and find myself lying in bed and the sun became brighter.

I turn to the nightstand and find the clock strikes 9 of the morning. I'm late for work. I get up and rush to the bathroom and started to get ready.

A half an hour later, I reached the work and find the workers already there, I sighed and walk straight to my cabin where my secretary was already present, he turn to me with a smile on his face, I return to him a smile and went to my seat,

" Good morning Sir" greeted he

" Hmm...morning " return I and sit and started to do my work but he gain my attention by speaking to me about the work

"Sir, Mr. Mathew sent you a bouquet and apologise that he have to cancel a meet with you" said he

" What? Why? He promised" said he while being pisses a little

" And sir, Miss Lucy came here earlier she was asking for you but since you were not here she said she'll come again " said he and I nod my head

" Any work meetings? " asked I

" Yes..one..with Mr. Morgan around 12 noon " said he

" What! You're telling me now " said I after I saw the clock that had already strikes 11: 50

I started to prepare the things, to carry a long

" Why are you still here, Ed go take your things and call the driver to come fast " said I and he dash out after that, I also walk away towards the parking lot.

I went straight to the car and within a minute Ediniel came, he enters the car and the driver starts the car,

The whole ride was silent, we were busy doing our works that no time were there to talk. The driver was driving the car at fast speed

Soon, we reached and I move out the car a long with my secretary we enter and the greetings we receives.

The office manager handed me a bouquet with a smile, I take it while handshaking with him and said

" Thankyou " with a smile

" You're welcome sir...please come " said he and guide us to the other room

I handed the bouquet to my secretary and sit on the chair, I look around but the boss of the office wasn't there

" Where's Mr Morgan ?" asked I

" Sir, he could not come......" said he but I cut in between.

" What! Why? After arranging a meeting with me?" said I

"Yes as one of his friend died, last night and we forgot to inform you so his secretary Miss Sophia will do instead of him " replied he

" Okay!" said I

" Let's start then ..." said he and the meeting starts

For some hours later,

After the meeting end I bade them and left from the room along with Ed but soon he walk faster than I as he need to take the car.

I was walking in the silent corridor until my phone buzz interrupt it.

It's a call from Lucy, my father choice but not mine, with an annoying I receive the call as I don't want any troublemaker later in future

" Dean " said she and I just humm in response

" Where are you?" asked she

" Work" reply I

" Can we meet? " said she

" No.....I mean sure " replied I

" Okay, I'm at my house. Your father is here too " reply she

" Okay " said I and ended the call before listening to her anymore. I continue to walk till I reach to my car. I get inside and just sit when the phone buzz one more

It's from Father, I presses my lips together before I sigh and receive it

" Dean remember to bring bouquet for lucy" said he

" Why?" asked I

" Do as I say" reply he but I ended the call and switch it off. I closed my eyes and turn to the window before opening them.

" Where to take sir?" asked Ed

" Lucy's house " said I

" Are you alright" asked he

I remain silent for some seconds " I wish if I were. There's nothing to be alright " I thought underneath my breath

" Yes" reply I and he smile, I smile back.

A car ride was for some minutes, till I saw a flower store, it's not to far from Lucy's home

" Stop here " said I and he do as I say

" I moved out of the car and started to walk towards the store but turned round to face my secretary waiting while looking at his wristwatch time to time

" I'll go by myself " said I to him but he give me a confuse look

" Huh?" said he

" Yes, take the car your mother must be waiting at hospital " said I

" But_" said he

" Common Edineil don't be stubborn go, and it's also lunch time go "said I and I walk closer to him

" Thanks sir " said he

" Take care of her" said I and he nod before heading away

I sighed and turn round, I walk to the shop and take a bouquet from the door and enters the store before I could speak anything, the figure I find in front of my eyes just killed my words under my throat, my tongue loose, my heart broke again.

Questions run in my mind, Anger started to build in me

I throw that bouquet harshly on the floor and fasten my steps out of that store but in the door, a mirror was fixed with it, I find her face.

I pull the door knob, and walk out but while walking on the road someone held my wrist, I turn to face the one and my past appear again,

" Yes" said I softly

" long time no see! Did you receive my letter, Are you mad at me" said she and I move her grip from my hand and look away but find a bus rushing towards us but it's to late, I just push her and a car hit me.

I open my eyes and roam my eyes in search of her but find her holding her head which was bleeding as she hit the park car very hard, I feel bad for pushing her but I can't let her hit the bus

I started to close my eyes softly ........
