With a sigh and a huge stretch i finally finished my last exam and for anyone who says 45 minutes isn’t that long well you try sitting in one spot behind a tiny desk and being tested on a subject you’re not fan of then they are liars, it was 10 o’clock when i finished and left the exam room i got my phone out and text Melody letting her know that I had finished and making my way back to the car she replied back quickly with a thumbs, mind linked Ivy letting her know i was off and she linked back with a huff making me giggle. As I was walking through the front doors of the school heard someone call my name I turnto my right to the person who called me and my face probably had the look of disgust, Bryce Newman the asshole future Beta of the Cresent Moon pack which will soon be taken over by the even bigger asshole future Alpha Oscar Newman, yes you read that correctly the Newman assholes are cousins making their fathers brothers and they are just the older version of their sons thinking they’re the Moon goddesses gift to supernatural and human kind and yes they’re from Ivy’s old pack Cresent Moon thank god my father and Edward got her out in time, “what the f**k do you want Bryce i’m busy and I can’t stand around listening to you” I sigh and feeling Artemis coming foward in my mind ready for anything as she will rip his throat out and maybe worse, “I saw what you did my girl Maggie did you really have to be so rough with her all she wanted to do was talk and now i have to hear complain at me about it all” stepping closer to me trying to pin me against the half wall on the steps, I pushed him away “well maybe Maggie should learn to keep her hands to herself” making my way down the steps then turning back to look at him with a smirk “i’m actually surprised your father is ok with relationship you two with the ways of his thinking of keep a pure bloodline and insulting the Moon goddesses gifts or is she your dirty little secret like the others” hearing a low growl watching his cool demeanour faulter for a second then his stupid cocky smile returned “Maggie is just a good lay but nothing serious, my father didn’t just stick with my mother so why should tie myself down to a fated mate its overrated” “that just shows how disjusting and cowardly you are just like your father and current Alpha” before i could finish my retort Bryce had charged at me but was blocked from by Gwen, Alice and Gwens mate Marcus who was hold him from behind, I could feel Artemis ready to take over if anything gets worse “WHAT THE …GET YOUR f*****g HANDS OFF ME….YOU f*****g LOWLIFE SCUM” Marcus was one of my packs top elite warriors and wouldn’t allow anything to happen to me as I was the one who made sure no one in the pack caused him and gwen any shame as Marcus is half wolf and half vampire he has wolf and doesn’t have the blood lust urge which i think he is grateful for making his strength and other senses heightened making Bryce no match for him. “Let him go Marcus it’s alright now that you three came at the right time” eyeing all the suspiciously “plus i think he’d want to keep his pride intact than having his face in the dirt” “It would be more than just mud wrestling it would be a well deserved castration” piped up Artemis, it was so hard to hold in my laughter because i know she wasn’t joking “you can have your fun with him at another time i promise” “better put that promise in writing” “anything for you fluffy butt” I heard her give me a small growl, then a huff and could feel her giving me a the death glare. Marcus let Bryce go and stepped away from him incase the asshole swung at him, surprisingly he didn’t and just pulled down his turn shirt and glaring at Marcus, the girls then back me pointing his finger and snarling at me “THIS isn’t over b***h you and your pack better watch their backs” then turned about to walk away but saw Mr Bloom another werewolf council member from the Southern Kingdom who must of seen and heard everything that just happened, by the look on Mr Bloom’s face Cresent Moon will be getting a visit from the council soon, I turned towards my three pack members giving them a intense stare “thank you for helping me but you shouldn’t be skipping class for something so small” I gave the girls a warm smile which made them relax a bit “but this doesn’t your off the hook for what happened earlier we still need to have a chat” both of them bowed their heads, Marcus stepped closer to Gwen “don’t worry Miss Rayna i’ll have them both understand that things need to change” he looked down at Gwen with a harsh look but gave her hand a gentle squeeze, I let out sigh told them to get back to class and that I would see them at training this evening, as we seperated I could hear Marcus going off at both of them not yelling as such but being quite stern I’d ask them about it later, I walked towards my car and looked to see if Melody was still waiting and she was, leaning against my car with her arms crossed and an amused look on her face “well that was somewhat entertaining” she said as I unlocked my car and shoved my bag inside “look don’t get too mad at them I quickly text them to come out and Marcus was just there at the right time” I looked back at towards the three who were walking back inside still talking “I would of been fine but thank you anyway, so what did you want to talk about” looking back at her with concern “first I wanted to apologise about this morning the girls had no reason to start on you” “thats ok I just don’t understand why you hang with them and I think I have an idea on what it was about but I’ll you more at the gathering if you’re still coming tomorrow” “I do care for a few of the girls two in perticular and hope those two can start changing their lives before its too late” I could see the saddness in her eyes at the last part she said, I gave her a comforting hug and wiped her eyes “things will fall into place ok it’s just take some time” “I know it will, so back to the topic of the gathering you better have your patrol that are working that night to keep a look out for Bryce, his cousin and his friends could possibly come because of Amanda” I must of panicked her as let out a small growl “sorry I didn’t aim that at you, thanks for making aware I will let Ryan and my father know so they can deal with her” I said with a sigh “thanks again for letting me know, you betterget back to class before you’re late and i’ll see you at the gathering” we both gave each other a warm and parted ways, as I got in my car and looked at the time 10:40 better see if dad is free to talk.
