Chapter 7 Rayna’s POV

When i got to my room i sent Noah a quick text to remind him on how many guards would be coming with him and prince Kaiden and to give me a rough time on when they would be arriving, i put my phone on my bedside so i could give it a quick charge, grabbed some underwear and headed towards my bathroom for a shower, while I waited for the temperature of the water to be right i did my business, brushed me teeth then i hoped in the shower while i quickly washed myself down and washed my hair my thoughts went back to prince Kaiden the way he spoke and the way my name rolled from his lip gave me butterflies and made me feel things i’ve never felt before, his voice had a husk nasalness tone with a hint of growl and when he became angry the growl became more intense which didn’t scare me it actually turned me on a bit and just imagining what he’d sound like threatening or trying to seduce someone sent a shiver through my body ‘SNAP OUT OF IT RAYNA’ i turned the water to its coldest setting to wake myself from my intruding thoughts.

I quickly dried myself off, towel dried my hair and put on my girls boxers and bra, as walked out of the bathroom towards the walkin wardrobe and picked out a pair of stretchy skinny jeans with a dark teal top and pair of trainers, i wasn’t really a high heel sort of girl but if i did they would have to be chunky heal boots or a small heel shoe nor was i the type of girl who wore dresses, skirts or very many bright coloured clothing they made me feel very uncomfortable, after getting dressed i walked over to the bed I grabbed my phone and saw i had a few messages as i walked over to my desk where i had a mirror some make-up and my laptop in the top draw, i saw i had text from ivy saying she was nearly ready and that’ll she’ll be outside in 15 minutes i replied saying ok and that i’ll see her in a bit, the next text was from my father asking me to call him when i was free, I texted back saying i’d call him after my exam and the last text was a surprise as i was expecting a reply from Noah but it was from prince Kaiden instead he said that he would be bringing 3 guards plus Noah and would be arriving between 2-3 maybe sooner if they got their work done on time there was also an attachment of their dietary sheet which i forwarded to Ms Harpers private phone i replied back to prince Kaiden that we’d seem them soon, to not rush their work and that two rooms would be ready for them when they arrived.

I looked at the time and saw it was 8:10 i quickly put on a bit on concealer, masscara, eyeliner then brushed my hair back so it could air dry, as i picked up my phone, coat and bag i had got another text from the twins Mason and Tyler asking why there was shouting from Amandas room, as i opened my door and i could hear the shouting and the throwing of things in Amandas room then the boom of Ryan using his aura i texted the twins back saying i’d tell them later and to keep out of Ryans way.

I rushed to the lift then down the stairs towards the kitchen so I didn’t get caught in the cross fire, i gave Ms Harper all the information she needed she said thank you and that she’d have everything ready, Ms Harper also told me good luck with my last exam then handed two breakfast bagels, i gave my thanks and made my way to the front where a guard had a car ready for me he threw me the keys and wished me good luck, i got in the car and texted ivy to get her butt in gear or i’d be eating her bagel 2 minutes later ivy flew out the front door nearly pulling the car door off, snatched the bagel from my hand and nearly chocked on the bagel from stuffing it in her mouth i just couldn’t hold the laughter back and handed her a bottle of water, before i could ask Ivy if she was ok the front doors burst open once more and out came the b***h princess Amanda looking insane, i put the car in gear and accelerated down the gravel drive before she could reach us “what the hell is her problem this morning” asked Ivy “i’ll tell you later for now lets get to school” I huffed.
