Chapter 13 Kaiden’s POV

When we pulled up infront of the packhouse Orion my wolf had sprung to life jumping up and down telling me to go back to our mate, it was starting to give a headache “Orion settle down we’ll see her in a bit we have to go find our rooms then say our hello’s maybe we could join in on their training to see what its like” he gave me snort replying “stupid human we have to go back, we have to kill that guy who dared to attack mate and we need to check on her I sense that she is worried anout something” “what how could you know that when we’ve not marked or mated yet” “I don’t know I just do trust me on this one” I trust my wolf completely but it didn’t stop the anxious feeling that came over me what was she worried about did she think i’d reject her I really hope that’s not the case. As Noah and I got out of the car our other black SUV that had three of my best guards inside the twins Zak and Mia my best top duo warriors both were about 5’10 they both had blonde hair but Mia had dip dyed the ends of her long hair red, they both had similar toned bodies, a few tattoos but they both had very different tempers and personalities, then there was Brock he was about 19 he was a bit cocky but was good when it came to training and doing tasks but needed to do some field work to understand what it is to be a warrior off of the pack lands, he was the same height as Zak and Mia, slim toned body, he had fire red hair that he’d put in a top knot the rest was shaved off and he had a tribal tattoo that went from where his head was shaved to both sides of his neck, you could tell he was excited to be out of the kingdom Mia gave him a look of ‘calm down you’re working’ and he stopped taking a breath standing tall like the other two, Noah came out of the drivers side turned to look at me and smirked at me “my Prince you better sort yourself out before you give Ms Harper a heart attack” he said while tilting his towards the front door that I noticed an older woman standing there I went beet red then turned to re-adjust myself and I heard all four them snort holding their laughters back, I gave them all a death glare then turned to look back at the packhouse it was magnificent it was definitely something out of an old film or tv show like Downtown Abbey, as we walked up the stone steps the who person I now know to be Ms Harper seemed to be quite a humble woman as she bowed her head “good afternoon Prince Kaiden I hope your’s and your companions drive was ok and as Beta Noah said i’m Ms Harper i’m the head housekeeper” “thank you Ms Harper it was good and I do apologise for my indecent problem a moment ago” feeling the blush creep back up “there is no need to apologise My Prince I won’t say anything to anyone” giving me a wink “please come in, i’ll have someone grab your bags and take the cars” we handed her the keys as we were guided inside and the inside was even more beautiful and modern, we walked over to the stairs where two omega female stood bowing their heads waiting for their orders, Ms Harper gave them a signal to relax then turned to us “Master Ryan is currently dealing with a family issue at moment but won’t take to long now we don’t you’d have female guard with you would she be alright sharing with her twin” I looked at Mia and Zak they both sighed but were fine with sharing a room “they should be fine and the means Brock you have the joys of sharing with Noah and I better warn you snores like a truck” Noah elbowed me in the ribs which tickled and Brock had a face like I had taken his favourite toy away, I think he might have a little crush on Mia and was hoping to share with her but sadly she doesn’t swing that way as is mated to a lovely woman called Zara who works in the hospital back home, “well these are your key cards for your rooms please don’t lose them, unless you want unwanted visitors in the middle of night” by the look and tone of her voice i’m guess that has happened plenty of times. Ms Harper had introduced to the two omegas that stood quiet waiting the first girl was tall and slender with long firey red haired called Callie took Noah and the other three to their rooms on the Beta floor, I was shown to my room which was on the Alpha’s floor by a small shy girl called Anya showed me to my room on the Alpha floor, the moment the lift doors open I was hit with the intoxicating scent her scent of Raspberries and fresh rainfall that kept getting stronger as we got closer to my room.

Anya stopped outside of a dark grey door that was only two doors away from the lift but it was the door opposite that caught my attention it was a forest green door that had a wolf carved into it, the moongoddess must have truely blessed me for being able to have a room opposite my mate, my thoughts were interrupted by a tiny the voice Anya “my Prince is everything ok is something not to your liking” I looked down at her seeing the worry and discomfort on her face “oh no sorry I was distracted by the carving on that door thats all” she blushed “oh that Ms Rayna’s room she’s doing weaponry training today as not lot will be done tomorrow and some will have sunday off” she handed me my keycard “my Prince I hope you like your room and stay here if there is anything you need please let us know, please allow me to take me leave as there is still stuff to prepare” she bowed her and went to turn “actually could you find out how long your Alpha will be and where I should meet him” “of course my prince i’ll go do that now for you” and with that she off the go find her Alpha instead of mind linking him which was odd but not strange she might not have her wolf yet she did look very young, I popped my keycard in and opened the and was met with a relaxing atmosphere the was a mix of colours of dark navy blue and silver dark grey, the light that came through the window made the room more calming I walked towards the bed sat down it was soft and I imagined it was like sleeping on a cloud.

After a few mintues a knock sounded on the door thinking it was the omega Anya or someone with my things I called to them giving premission to come in, the door opened and Noah walked in with a stupid smile on his face I also noticed that he had changed into casual workout gear and that he was holding my bags, “wow Kai I thought my room was amazing but your room is just wow, have you had a chance to check the bathroom yet mine has a rainfall shower and hot tub bath” I just rolled my eyes at him “can you explain why you have my bags and why you’re here in workout gear” “oh bumped into Ryan and Anya on my up here, I thought i’d save her trip back up here to relay Ryans message and bring your bags too” “ok what was the message” I said sounding tired “Ryan wants us to meet him at the training field, so you better get changed I have a feeling we might get to join in” wiggling his eyebrows at me as I looked at him, I stood up quick took my bag snd made my way to the bathroom to change I must of been blushing cause all I could heard was Noah dieing with laughter at my reaction, stupid beta I thought to myself.
