Chapter 6 *Flashback continues*

I got my phone back out of my pocket and i dialed the first number, it rang for a bit but no answer which was fine i left a message saying who i was, what pack i’m from, what the call was about and if they could get in contact asap, so i dialed the other number praying someone would pick up after it rang a few times thinking I would have to leave another message “Hello Beta Noah Murphy of the 3rd Prince speaking can I ask who is calling” “ahh afternoon Beta Noah my name is Rayna Greywood of Black Claw pack i hope you and the 3rd prince are well i was calling to see if you and the 3rd prince would still be attending the gathering for my brother Ryan on becoming the new Alpha of my pack this saturday,” with a long pause, the flipping sounds of papers and muttering under the breath “ahh here it is, things have been so busy these last couple of months i nearly forgot, we already discussed and we will be attending” “that is pleasing to hear Beta Noah” “please just call me Noah your Brother and his Beta are my good friends and it feels weird you calling me by my title” “ok …. Noah so i’m guessing that will be a yes then could you let me know the latested by friday morning how many will be accompanying you and the 3rd Prince,” just as Beta Noah was about to reply ‘SSLLAAAAMMM’ the sound of something wooden breaking and a huge growl erupting on the other side of the phone “THAT f*****g ARSEHOLE” roared the person that entered the room that Beta Noah was in, i just sat there waiting for the person who had come in to calm down and for introductions.
“Seriously Kaiden i just had that door replaced after the last outburst, whats your father said this time” so it was prince Kaiden behind that roar if this was what he’s like towards his own father ‘the king’ then i’d hate see what he is like towards his enemys, “what he says to me everytime he catches me on my own wanting me to be like him and my brothers it’s disgusting i will never put my mate through the same pain they put those women and my mother through,” CRASH the sound of something glass breaking “dude ok i get it can you please stop breaking things in the office i’ve only just replaced half the stuff you broke last time already” Noah groaned and hearing a low growl “oh but it gets better i had a random number call me which left a message so he got pissed that someone dared to interupt his rant after that i just stormed off” “speaking of random phone calls i’m currently on the phone to the acting Luna of Black Claw pack talking about this weekends succession gathering that we forgot to reply to” sensing a smirk on his face and trying to hold down a giggle while imagining the princes face on hearing that bit of information.
“Afternoon prince Kaiden i’m Rayna Greywood i would ask if you are doing ok but from what i heard its not good and i apologize for calling you my brother Ryan was the one who gave me the numbers not knowing which one was which, i was calling to see if you and Beta Noah would be attending and Beta Noah would let me know by friday morning on how many would be accompanying you and time you’ll be arriving at Black Claw,” an awkard silence and then a cough “umm ……yes i ……umm uffff” with that grunting sound Noah either threw something at him or elbowed him.
“I apologize for my out burst Mrs Greywood i” “Rayna please call me Rayna i am only 17 so no husband or mate as of yet and being called Mrs makes me feel old,” “ oh i’m sorry when my Beta said acting luna i thought ummm well then Rayna i’m sorry that we have left it so late for a response to your packs invitation and giving us till friday to sort some security is there anything else that you need to know,” “that’s perfectly alright i get it all the time i can explain more when we meet while i have you both on the phone, my half sister Amanda gave our housekeep a sheet with food you apparently like but i have my doubts about it let me,” SSLLLAAAMM “goddess sake Rayna come or you’re going to be late for fire arms training” “ i would say knock next time but there really is no point plus i’m currently in a meeting” “well wrap it up i wanna make those slackers suffer” it was hard trying to keep in a giggle at that comment, “ok let me finish this call that has been on speaking” the look on her face said it all and what said next made her crumble “so as i was saying Prince Kaiden i do believe what is on the dietary sheet is not correct if you look that over and write down what is your like plus any allergies that you or those coming with you have and as you now have my number it maybe safer to send the information to me and the only other person who shall know is our housekeeper,” “thank you Rayna i will look it over and send you everything need by friday morning and about the my little outburst please don’t let anyone know what you heard i’d be forever grateful” said prince Kaiden with a hint of worry in his voice “what outburst my prince” sensing a relieved smile i said my goodbyes and hung up the phone. As i pack up my things so i could get changed for training my phone pinged from an unknown number with with two words that brought a smile to my face “thank you” *End of flashback*
