Odin’s broken leg was the easier one. Olivia’s ribs, though, were a real mess. They were all shattered, and it took a s**t load of work to repair them properly. I might hate Olivia, but I fixed them anyway. I always took my job very seriously. I even used some healing powers to make sure their athletic performance would be better than before. Even with Mateo helping, the surgery went on for 2 full hours. Afterward I was starving. So I handed over the finishing touches to the nurses and headed to the lounge for food. And homework. Yup, that’s right. Even when you’re the most famous underground healer, you still have to finish your homework. I was piecing together a stupid history essay when someone knocked on the door. “…Miss Veilwalker? Can I come in?” Odin’s calm voice came through.
