–––––––– MORGAN TOOK A QUICK shower, drained by the day’s events. She had every intention of curling up with another book she had brought along with her. When she came out of the adjoining bathroom, she glanced down at her feet, trying to decide if she wanted to put slippers on to walk out on the widow"s walk. Deciding not to, she grabbed the one indulgence she treated herself to. It was a secret indulgence, one that most people would not expect from her. She loved beautiful nightgowns with matching coats, and the one she had on tonight was a simple gown, shimmery blue, full and flowing. She picked up her book and opened the doors to the widow"s walk, letting the fresh air blow through into her room. The night air was crisp and refreshing, and she breathed in deeply the smell of the sea.
