ACHILLES Sun streamed through the curtains of Dakota"s spare room, covering his skin in the golden light. He basked in the warmth, scales shimmering down his skin. The urge to fully shift and enjoy the heat was there, but he knew he couldn"t take it. His full form would rip Dakota"s house to pieces and leave her with nothing more than dust as a companion.
