After several hours of marching out, Carter arrives at the warehouse with a small army of seven warriors, including one of the Elders, Elder Clark, and Councilman Hartt. The attendance of the Councilman and at least one Elder was necessary as an official witness to the pack challenge, should it be disputed once the Council arrives with the warrior army reinforcements later. Everything must be legally documented, especially if the rogues were to win the challenge and gain possession of the territory.
